Blanchard

Blanchard is the suburban town of Shreveport, and the fourth-largest municipality by population in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 2,899 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Shreveport–Bossier City Metropolitan Statistical Area.
