Annie's Homegrown is a Berkeley, California, maker of "natural" and organic pastas, meals and snacks owned by General Mills. The company was founded in Hampton, Connecticut, by Annie Withey and Andrew Martin, who previously founded Smartfood popcorn along with Ken Meyers.
